M-U-M Paperless Option F.A.Q.

The S.A.M. now offers a PAPERLESS OPTION for members who prefer the electronic version of M-U-M, rather than receiving the printed edition in the mail.

Who is eligible for the PAPERLESS OPTION?

Anyone qualified for Assembly, Associate or Junior Assembly membership in the S.A.M. may select the PAPERLESS OPTION.

How much are PAPERLESS OPTION dues?

The PAPERLESS OPTION eliminates all postage charges necessary to mail M-U-M. Dues are $45 annually, no matter where you live.

How does the PAPERLESS OPTION change my membership?

It doesn't. You will receive the same benefits as any Assembly, Associate or Junior Member, except that M-U-M will be available to you online, only.

How do I access M-U-M Online?

The online edition of M-U-M is located in the "members only" section of the S.A.M. website: www.magicsam.com. To access it, you will need your S.A.M. membership number.

As an S.A.M. member - can I convert my membership to the PAPERLESS OPTION?

You can enroll for the PAPERLESS OPTION when you renew your membership.

What if I want a printed single copy?

Printed copies will be available from the National Administrator for a nominal charge.

I don't want to go PAPERLESS. Can I still read M.U.M. Online?

Yes, all members can read M-U-M online in the member's only section of the S.A.M. website: www.magicsam.com. To access the members only section, you will need your S.A.M. membership number.

I'm a life member. Can I take the PAPERLESS OPTION?

Yes. Just notify our National Administrator that you wish to go PAPERLESS.

Click on one of the issues below and it will open up to a FULL SCREEN version.

TO TURN A PAGE: move your cursor to the outside right or left of a page and click on it.

TO ZOOM IN ON A PAGE: Simply click on it

TO MOVE AROUND A PAGE: simple move your cursor around the page.

TO SEE ALL THE PAGES AT ONCE: move your cursor to the top center of the screen and click on the “four squares” icon. All of the thumbnails of the pages will appear and you can click on the thumbnails to click to any page.

ADVERTISER'S LINKS: If you see an advertisement and wish to go to the advertiser's web page, simply click on the web address in the ad.

EMAIL LINKS: Most emails in the magazine are links. Put your cursor over the email address and click. Your mail program should open up so you can send a letter.
